we followed your directions, and used a black and decker griddle. we put the temp at 400 degrees and the same consistency as yours. when we put it on the griddle and started to do the round motions, it started to stick to the dish and clump. next we tried turnin off the temp and spreading the batter and then turnin it on, and it was too thin and it stuck to the griddle and we had to scrape it off. Please tell us what temp to use when spreading and cooking the dosa. how long should it take to cook. thanks!
