Recipe of Mangalorean Red Fish Curry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
TAMARIND  SMALL BALL
GINGER  1/2 PIECE
GARLIC  4 CLOVES
TURMERIC  1/2 tsp
PEEPER CORNS  4
CUMIN SEEDS  2 tbspoon
RED CHILLIES  10-12
FISH  2 Big
FINELY SLICED ONION  1
OIL  2 TBSP
Water  1 cup

Directions
Clean and cut the fish into small pieces, apply salt to it and keep it aside. Grind all the ingredients into paste. Fry the onion until brown, and add the masala and fry for a minute. Add 1 cup of water and boil it. Once boiled add fish. Cook on low heat until tender. Add salt and vinegar if required
