Ingredients used in Maida biscuits
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Ghee or butter or dalda - 1/2 cup.
• Maida - 1 cup.
Method:

Take a mixing bowl.Add maida and sugar and mix well.In the mean time melt the better or ghee in microwave. Add butter and mix the dough well without any lumps. Check whether you are able to make small biscuit shape or else add more butter. Preheat the oven at 325degrees Fahrenheit . Make biscuits in which ever shape desired and put them in baking tray one by one. Bake it till 12-15 min.Check whether the dough is baked or not. Switch off the oven and let biscuits cool for some time and serve.

Hi, I have tried this reciper three times and still in vain. Every time I try to bake thie biscuits melt and the shape changes and cookies become hard. I set the oven to 300 F, tried even lower than 300 F but was not successful. Can you please help

I like all your recipes,it makes us remember childhood and hyderabad. Can we use little salt in this as we use in all bakery cookies of Karachi (style).

iam an hyderabadi and iwas searching for the receipe since long time. iam g oing to try this receipe tomorrow. one small suggestion.vcan add baking soda while mixing the dough
