Recipe of khajoor aur imli ki chutney

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
ripe tamarid  75 Grams
boiled water  75 Cup
oil  2 Teaspoons
mutard  2 Teaspoons
khajoor  500 Grams
cumin seeds (jeera)  2 Teaspoons
vinger  1/4 Cup
salt  1/2 Teaspoons


1. Put imli in the boiling water for 30 minutes or till tender. Extract its juice. Sieve and keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry rai and jeera. Add imli juice,khajoor sirka and salt. mix well togeather.

3. Cook on low heat till water dries out. Remove from heat.

4. When cooled, grind and store in a jar and serve.
