Recipe of Kaddu kheer using custard powder

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Condensed Milk. 4 Tablespoons
Water 1/4 Gallons
Ghee 1 Teaspoons
Cashew Nuts 10 Piece
Sugar 1 Cup
Custard Powder 1 Tablespoons
Kaddu Or Bottle Gourd Medium Size 1 Numbers
Khoya Optional 2 Tablespoons
Cardamom 1 Clove

Directions

Take a pressure cooker and add the Shred kaddu and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles and then take the lid off and cook it till water evoporates and keep it aside. Take Ghee in pan and heat it and then add cahsew nuts till we get nice color. Mean while take custard powder and then add 1/2 cup water to it Add Custard to the nuts. Add sugar to it. add condensed milk to it now,add the done bottle gourd and wait till done. keep stirring for a few min and add khoya. Let it cool in refrigerator. serve cold.
