Description
An all time favourite and a great way to use up old rice. Uses very less ingredients. So great for those days when you want to empty your fridge before travelling.

Recipe of Jeera Rice

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Onions (optional) - finely chopped  1 Numbers
Cumin Seeds (Jeera)  2 Tablespoons
Left over rice (preferably from the fridge)  2 Cup
Green Chillies (split) (increase or decrease)  3-4 Numbers
Oil  2 Tablespoons
Salt   To Taste

Directions
Heat Oil in a pan. Add Cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add the Green chillies and fry for 2-3 mins. Add the Onions (if using) and fry them to golden brown. Add salt and mix well. Add rice and mix well. See to it the rice is separate and no rice lumps are left. Serve.
