Ingredients used in JAKASE BURGER VEGGI
• Garam masala - 1 pinch.
• Chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Thyme - 1 pinch.
• Chopped garlic - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Jack fruit (chopped) - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Potato (boiled and mashed) - 2 numbers.
• Bread crumbs for coating - as required.
Method:
  • First, take a jackfruit and cut small juliennes and boil it into the water with salt.
  • Heat butter in a pan add boiled jackfruit, salt, chopped ginger, garlic, and thyme, chilly powder, apinch of garam masala powder, and add all purpose flour and potatoes, and mix it well.
  • Switch off the flame, and let it cool down, divide the mixture into equal patties, and dip it in the all-purpose flour slurry and coat with bread crumb and shallow fry in a slow flame.

Server patties on burger buns with your favorite fillings.
