Ingredients used in Healthy Corn Chat - Be Fit Be Cool AAPI
• Corn seeds - 1 cup.
• Onions (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Cucumber (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Peanuts (boiled) - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Green chili - 3-4 numbers.
• Mint chutney - 2 teaspoons.
• Chat masala - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Dates (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Lime juice - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Bread (sliced) - 2 numbers.
Method:

1. In bowl add corn seeds, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, boiled pea nuts, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, mint chutney, chat masala, chopped dates , lime juice and mix well
2. Finally add bread slices which have been roasted on a tawa mix well and serve.
