THICK CURD  2 Tablespoons
GREEN COLOUR ()  FEW Drops
FRESH PEPPER  1/2 Teaspoons
CHAT MASALA  1/2 Teaspoons
SALT  - To Taste
GREEN CHILLIES  9 Numbers
GARLIC  SAME AS GINGER
GINGER  6 Slice
CORIANDER LEAVES  1/4 Cup
SPINICH  1/4 Cup
MINT LEAVES  1/4 Cup
CHICKEN BONELESS (CUT ONE INCHES)  400 Grams
LIME JUICE  2 Tablespoons

Directions
FIRST WASH THE FRESH INGREDIENTS AND KEEP ASIDE. ROUGHLY GRIEND CLOVES, FLOWER THEN ADD GINGER, GARLIC, GRIEND AGAIN THEN ADD ALL GREEN LEAVES, GREEN CHILLI, CURD GRIEND AGAIN TO A ROUGH PASTE. THEN ALL SALT AND MARINATE CHICKEN WITH THE GRIEND PASTE, GREEN COLOUR(OPPSTIONAL) FOR ABOUT 4 TO 6 HOURS IN THE FRIDGE. AFTER 6 HOURS PUT THE CHICKEN PIECES TO THE SKEWER AND GRILL FOR 20 MIN OR TILL DONE. GARNISH WITH CHAT MASALA, LIME, FRESH PEPPER AND SERVE HOT AS A SIDE DISH WITH BIRYANI.
