Description
The dish consists of poori bread with chana masala, Sooji halwa is a simple yet delicious and yummy sweetened semoline.

Recipe of Halwa puri

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
maida  500 Grams
bombay ravva  1 Cup
sugar  1 Cup
water  3 Cup
elachi  2-3 Numbers
refined oil  500 Grams

Directions
Take maida and mix it with some water and oil to make a smooth dough. soke it for 1 hour.

Preparation of Halwa:
Fry the ravva for few minutes till it remove raw flavour and keep aside. Take a vessel add some ghee. Now pour 3 cups of water and boil it.Add elachi, sugar and ravva in low flame.After 2 minutes halwa is ready.

preparation of puri:
Take the dough in to pieces and make a chapathi like put some halwa in it and again make the chapathi.Now fry it in a deep pan.
