Recipe of Groundnut chutney

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Whole Red Chilli 2
Black Pepper Corns 1 Teaspoons
Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Ground Nut Roasted 1 Cup
Tamarind 1 inch Piece
Salt To Taste
Cooking Oil 1 Teaspoons
Corriander Seeds 1 Tablespoons

Directions

Add oil in a tawa.Once oil gets heated add whole red chilli,cumin seeds,pepper corns and corriander seeds.Switch off the stove once all the ingredients become little brown.Add tamarind after switching off the flame and mix.Once the fried ingredients gets cooled put it in a blender along with roasted ground nuts.Add required amount of salt and water and grind it to a paste.
