Recipe of Gobi Paratha

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Coriander leaves  2 Teaspoons
Wheat flour  4 Cup
grated Cauliflower  2 Cup
Green chillies  2 Numbers
inch Ginger  1/2 Numbers
oil  3-4 Tablespoons
Oil   To Fry
Oregano  1/2 Numbers
Red chili powder  1 Tablespoons
Salt   To Taste

Directions
  1. Mix wheat flour with little extra salt with oil amp; and water. Knead well. Make dough. Keep aside.
  2. Mix grated cauliflower with green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, ajwain, chili powder as a filling in paratha.
  3. Make medium size chapati balls, add the filling to it. Roll.
  4. In a Tawa put little oil, fry the paratha on both the sides till golden brown. Serve hot with curd, green chutney or ketchup.
