Recipe of Ginger chutney

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
oil  1 Teaspoons
lime juice  1 Teaspoons
salt   To Taste
coriander powder  1 Bunch
green chillies  6 Numbers
coconut grated  1 Numbers
ginger scraped  2 Numbers
mustard seeds  1 Teaspoons
curry leaves  1 To Fry

Directions
Grind together grated coconut,scraped ginger,green chillies,coriander leaves and salt.Heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds. when they splutter add mint leaves. then add the chutney paste, lime juice and stir, remove from fire.serve with vegtable, mutton chicken biryani or pulav
