Recipe of Fried Noodles

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Egg Noodles 250 Grams
Oil To Fry

Directions

Add Noodles to large pan of boiling water, boil, uncovered, 5 minutes or until tender.
Separate noodles with a fork during cooking.
Drain noodles well; spread out on oven tray which has been lined with absorbent paper; allow to dry.
Using tongs, drop small amounts of noodles into hot oil, deep-fry until golden brown, turning once.
Remove noodles from oil; drain on absorbent paper.
Repeat procedure with remaining noodles.

i sprinkled corn flour on the boiled noodles . the noodles turned out to be very crispy and golden brown. tip - fry immediately after sprinkling corn flour. or else the noodles will become soggy

Hi, i saw your receipe for fried noodles.But i think it consumes lot of oil and time too.Can you post any other receipe to prepare some spicy noodles.
