thil seeds(nuvvulu in telugu)  1 Tablespoons
methi seeds  5 Numbers
raw rice  1 Tablespoons
jeera  1 Tablespoons
Dhania  3 Tablespoons
termaric  1/2 Tablespoons
chilli powder  2 Tablespoons
ginger garlic paste  1 Tablespoons
onion  1 Numbers
fish  1 Pound
garam masala  1 Tablespoons
salt  1 and half Tablespoons

Directions
masala: fry the dhania, thil,garmmasala, raw rice,methi seeds and make powder of fried all ingradients fry onions, then add coriander leafs and mint leafs. then add fish peices then add chilli powder, termaric then add masala that we prepared then add tamarind juice according to taste allow the fish to cook completeluy finally seasend with fresh coriander leafs.
