You recipes are so good, generally people cook it immediately and eat then start licking fingers. Hence they can not post comments.

Hi Sanjay,

For the first time I wanted to prepare something in fish and I tried out with South Indian Fish fry. Its super...there are no words to describe it.

This came out really delicious when I tried it with a fresh piece of salmon. It was crispy and sour on the outside with really tender meat on the inside that had absorbed the spicy flavor.

Thanks!

Lovely recipe, however in Hungar it is not easy to buy curry and coriander leaves, and I could not find gingergarlic paste. So I only used powder spices and ginger and garlic separately. It came out great. Thank you.

Lovely dish, my all time favourite fish dish from India.
I had to change some ingredients as in Hungary where I live we do not have easily available fresh coriander leaves and curry leaves, also we do not have gingergarlic paste. So i only used powder spices and ginger and garlic separately. Otherwise I love this recipe.
