pulao rice  400 Grams
tomatoes  500 Grams
coconut  1/2 Cup
salt   To Taste
cloves  2 Grams
cinnamon  2 Grams
pepper  2 Grams
bay leaf  2 Grams
fat  50 Grams
fish  500 Grams
salt  10 Grams
garlic  3 Clove
ginger  5 Grams
mint leaves   To Taste
curds  150 ml

Directions
