Recipe of Egg Sandwich

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Grated Chesse  1/2 Cup
Oil  2 Tablespoons
Corriander  1/4 Cup
Tomatoes  1/2 Piece
Jeera Pwd  1/2 Teaspoons
Pepper Pwd  1/4 Teaspoons
Green Chilles  3 Big
Onions  1 Big
Garlic  6 Clove
Giner  1 inch Piece
Jeera  1/2 Teaspoons
Eggs  4 Numbers
Butter  1/2 Cup
Salt  as per To Taste

Sandwich Filler : Beat the eggs and put it aside, (I prefer using 2 egg yorks instead of 4 egg yorks. ) Take a Kadia add oil now add jeera, then saute the chopped chillies, Chopped giner and chopped garlic now add chopped onions and saute them well. Add pepper pwd, jeera pwd and sall as per you taste and saute them well now pour the beaten egg and stir well and leave it on low flame for 2 to 3 mintues now add chopped tomatoes and after it turn to be little soft add coriander mix well and off the flame after 3 mintues now your filler is ready for the sandwich. Preparing Sandwich Apply butter on both the side to the bread Now spread the egg mixer on on of the bread and put grated cheese (be liberal for putting the cheese as it tastes more good) and use sandwich toaster to toast it and your yummy sandwich is ready to eat. You can even try oneside sauce application even that tastes yumm.... Let me know how u guys enjoyed and will encourage me to post more recipes.
