Recipe of Egg Fried Rice

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Teaspoons
Pepper Powder 2 Teaspoons
Green Chillies 4 Numbers
Onions 2 Numbers
Cooked Plain Rice 3 Cup
Large Eggs 4 Numbers
Oil 4 Teaspoons
Cliantro (finely Chopped ) To Taste

Directions

  1. Take a pan add oil and when it heats up add in the onions, green chillies and fry until golden brown in colour.
  2. Add in the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute
  3. Break the eggs into it and mix well. Allow the eggs to cook.
  4. When the eggs are done scramble them, add in the cooked rice, salt, pepper powder and mix well.
  5. Fry for 3-4 min, garnish with cliantro and serve hot or cold.

This fried rice is good without any side dishes.

Ingredients: eggs 2,boiled rice 1 cup, chopped coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, soy sauce, chopped green chili , oil

Take a nonstick pan add oil then it is hot add beaten eggs keep mixing 2to 3 min then add chopped onions, chopped green chili,ginger garlic paste mix well then add coriander leaves then add boiled rice then add salt and soy sauce mix well for 5 to 6 mix. then take service bowl then serve.
