Recipe of Egg Curry

Mustard seeds  1/4 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds  1/4 Teaspoons
Cardamom  1 Numbers
Garlic buds  3 Numbers
coconut  1/2 Numbers
black peeper  5 Numbers
Coriander seeds  1 Teaspoons
red Chillies  3 Numbers
Potatoes  2 Numbers
Eggs  4 Numbers
Onion  1 Numbers
green Chillies  2 Numbers
Ginger  2 Numbers
Cinnmon  3 Piece
oil  3 Teaspoons
Salt & Turmeric powder   To Taste

Directions

Boil the eggs. Take out the skin and cut into 2pieces each. Peel off the potatoes and cut into 4pieces each. Chop the onion, ginger,garlic and green chillies. Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan and fry the red chillies, blackpeeper and cumin seeds. Grind it to make fine powder. Heat the pan and put 2 spoon oil. Put the mustard seeds. Put the chopped onions, ginger, garlic and chillies and fry it. when it turns red add the cinnamon and cardamom powder. Put the other spices into it and fry it. Add the potatoes and 2cup water. Add 1 cup warm water to the grated coconut. Pour out the coconut milk. When the pototoes are fully cooked add the coconut milk to it and let it boil. Add the egg pieces and put the blackpepeer powder. Remove from flame.
