Description: Egg burji or Anda burji is a very common and liked dish made with egg. Eggs scrambled and spiced to perfection. Goes well with anything or sandwich between 2 breads.

Recipe of Egg Burji

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Eggs 6 Numbers
Onion 1 Cup
Oil 1 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Salt as per taste
Turemuric pinch Pinch
Pepper Powder 1 Teaspoons
Cumin Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
You Can All Vegetables 1 Cup
Tomatoes 2 Numbers


  1. Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds,chopped onions,mix well,salt, turmeric,pepper powder,cumin powder,potato,cheese,tomatoes,coriander leaves mix well and cook till they are half cooked or tender.
  2.  In a bowl mix eggs, add this mixture to the vegetables and scramble it and cook till the egg is done.serve this with roti or rice.

Hi Chef,
Myself and my wife are a regular visitor to your vahrevah website. It is really amazing to see so many dishes and varities. Honestly speaking i was planning to go out for dinner tonight instead of cooking at home since my family has gone for vacation and will return only after a month. But, just on a clik to your website i got inspired to make this delicious Egg Burji and have it as one of my dish and also chose one more dish to cook by myself instead of choosing outside food.
