Recipe of dry fruit laddu

Pistas 50 Grams
Almond 100 Grams
Cashewnuts 50 Grams
Sugar 300 Grams
Ghee 200 Grams
Coconut Powder 100 Grams
Wheat Flour 125 Grams
Raisin 50 Grams
Cardamom Powder 1 Teaspoons
Gond 100 Grams

Directions

In a vessele heat ghee and fry gond. Roast wheat flour in 100gm gheeon medium low flame,stirring continously to get nice golden colour. Add coconut powder and crushed dry fruit. mix well. Add remaining ghee&cardamom powder. Add sugar,mix well and let it cool. Now make your laddus.

at whatstage should we add fried gond andshould it be in powdered form
