DRY CHANA DAL FRY

Ingredients used in DRY CHANA DAL FRY
• Oil - as required.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric - half tea spoon.
• Chana dal(boiled) - 1 cup.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take some oil in a pan and add onions, then saute it for few minutes with salt in it.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, boiled chana dal, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix it well.
  • Cook it till it becomes dry.
  • Now add garam masala powder and mix it thoroughly.
  • Switch off the flame and serve with roti or phulka.
