Recipe of dahi vendi(okras in curd)

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Roasted Cumin & Red Chilli Powder To Taste
Salt To Taste
Haldi 1/2 Teaspoons
Garlic (crushed) 3
Curry Leaves 1 Springs
Oil (for Fry) 2 Tablespoons
Mustard 1/2 Teaspoons
Curd 1 Cup
Bhindi/bhendi/okra 15 Bag
Black Salt To Taste
A Pinch Of Sugar
Red Chilli Powder(opt) To Taste

Directions

wash the pkra, cut the edges of okra, slit half from middle.then add salt & tumeric,then in a hot pan add some oil ..fry the bhindi till soften.then in a bowl add curd,mix ba=lack salt,sugar,salt,roasted cumin& red chilli powder.mix well add little bit of water & mix again.then add the fried bhindi.then in same pan add oil,add mustard,curry leaves,crushed garlic...fry till garlics r brown..then add this chhaunk to dahi bhindi..
