Recipe of crispy poori

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
salt  1 Teaspoons
oil  2 Tablespoons
sooji  1/6 Cup
besan  1/2 Cup
maida  1 Cup
plain flour  2 Cup
ajwain  1 Teaspoons

Directions
add all the above ingredients, rub for FIVE minutes. knead the dough with luke warm water, after 10 minutes rest, knead again. roll like usaul poori taking very little ball and rolling into very thin small pooris, make a stock of such pooris taking maida as dusting ingredient (if required). serve hot with aloo, chhole or any other dish.
