Recipe of crispy cauliflower 65

small lemon  1 Small
ginger garlic paste  2 Tablespoons
fresh lemon juice  5 Tablespoons
egg  1 Big
curd  4 Tablespoons
corn strach  2 Tablespoons
chopped cilantro  1 Cup
cauliflower  1 Small
besan  4 Tablespoons
all purpose flour  4 Tablespoons
oil   To Fry
onion  1 Small
red chilly powder  1 1/2 Tablespoons
red food color  1/4 Tablespoons
salt   To Taste

Cut cauliflower into small size pieces(apporx 1 1/2 inch in length and 1 inch in width) and then wash them in cold water and put them in bowl. To this bowl add 2 table spoons of ginger garlic paste, 1 egg, 1 1/2 table spoons of red chilly podwer, 2 table spoons of corn strach, 4 table spoons of besan, 4 table spoons of all purpose flour, 4 table spoons of curd, Salt to taste, 1/4 Tea spoon of red food color, 5 table spoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice and mix them throughly and put it in defreezer for 40 mins. Meantime Heat the oil in a pan and fry them immediately after taking it out from the defreezer( Don#39;t wait until the marinated stuff becomes liquid). Finally grainsh with chopped onion, cilantro and lemon. Serve them hot.
