Ingredients

bell pepper	0
cheese paneer	grams	150
cone floure	grams	20
cooped ginger	tsp	2
copped garlic	tsp	2
hot garlic sauce	tbsp	3
oil ( to deep fry the paneer)	0
onions (cubes)	piece	2
salt	tsp
How to make Cottage Cheese Chille

cut paneer into cubes nappe it with cone flour , salt and deep fry till the edges turn light golden brown and keep it aside. heat a pan add little oil to it than add copped ginger& garlic and satue it than add cube onions , bell pepper to it satute it till the edges turn light brown. than add hot garllic sacue to it cook for 1min , than add deep fried dice paneer cheese to the sauce check the seasoning . served it with a tomato sauce & hot and soure sauce.
Recipe Tips
the gravy should be in deep red colour
