Recipe of CORN CURRY

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
corn  500 Grams
coconut milk  3 Cup
all-purpose flour  50 Grams
French beans  100 Grams
salt   To Taste
sugar  1 Teaspoons
grated coconut  2 Teaspoons
ghee   To Taste
Masala  2 Teaspoons
green chili  2 Numbers
poppy seeds.  1 Teaspoons

Melt ghee in a pot. Add masala ingredients and stir. Add coconut milk and all-purpose flour and mix well. Chop the beans. Add to coconut milk and boil for sometime. Add boiled corn seeds, sugar and salt. Garnish with the coriander leaves and coconut. Serve warm.
