Ingredients used in Coleslaw
• Cabbage grated - 1 cup.
• Celary stems grated - 1/4 cup.
• Mayonnaise - half cup.
• Carrot grated - 1/4 cup.
• Water - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Boil water in a pan, add all the vegetables (cabbage, carrot, celary stems)and let it rest for 1 minute.
  • Then squees out the water, cool the vegetables, add mayonnaise adjust seasoning (add sugar and vinegar) and serve with your favourite sandwiches and burger.

it has egg yolks in the mayo so its not vegetarian unless ur one of tose vegetaarian who eat eggs yet not eat meat meat lol
