Its a indo-chinese recipe.You can prepare it with left over idlis.Its good for breakfast.

Recipe of Chilly Idli

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Green chillies  7-8 To Taste
Onions  2 Numbers
oil  1 Tablespoons
Soya Sauce  1 Tablespoons
Chilly Sauce  1/4 Cup
Tomato Sauce  half Cup
Idli  10 Piece
Green Capsicum  2 Numbers
Ginger-Garlig paste  11/2 Teaspoons

Directions

Cut the idlis into 4 pieces(use the leftover idlis or keep the fresh idlis in the refrigerator for half an hour so that it will become hard)..In a wok add 2 tbsp oil and heat it,then add ginger-galig paste.Cook it for some more time.Add onion, green capsicum and green chillies(cut into long slices).Fry it till it become light brown.Now add the idli pieces and saute it for five minutes.Now add all the sauces and fry it for some more time.Serve it hot.
