CHICKEN TEMPURA

Ingredients used in CHICKEN TEMPURA
• Chicken breast(slices) - 5-6 number.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chilled water - 1/4 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Cut chicken breast into thin slices.
  • Take a bowl and add beaten egg, little salt, chilled water, all purpose flour, corn flour and prepare to batter nicely.
  • Coat chicken breast with batter and deep fry in hot oil, later transfer into serving plate.

Now chicken tempura is ready to serve with sweet chutney.
