Recipe of chicken shahjahani

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Chicken 1000 Grams
Cumin Seed 10 Grams
Red Chillies 5 Numbers
Ginger 100 Grams
Garlic 10 Grams
Turmeric Powder 5 Grams
Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch
Garam Masala 10 Grams
Vinegar 1/2 Cup
Oil 100 ml
Cashewnuts 150 Grams
Poppy Seeds 100 Grams
Fresh Cream 300 Grams
Dried Fruit 200 Grams
Butter 50 Grams
Salt To Taste

Directions

1.Grind all the spices and set aside. Grind cashewnuts, poppy seeds and cumin seeds
separately.
2.Clean and cut chicken. Apply half the ground masala and vinegar to chicken.
3.Set saside to marinate for atleast 1 hour.
4.Heat oil and fry chicken till tender. Add
remaining masalas and cashewnut paste.
5.Add a little water, and simmer on a low fire till done.
6.Top with fresh cream and butter. Garnish with dry fruit and serve hot.
