Recipe of chicken fry
|Ginger Garlic Paste|

cut the chicken breast in to 1 inch pieces.grind onions and red chillies and add the mixture to the chicken pieces and put it on medium flame.add ginger garlic paste,turmeric,salt and red chilli powder to the above miture.add very little water as water oozes out of the chicken when heated. turn off the flame when the water has all evaporated .by now the chicken would also have been cooked. in a frying pan add oil.add a little jeera and the whole garam masala spices.now add the cooked chicken and fry till it turns brown.add coriander powder and a little garam masala powder if needed and tuen off the stove.the chicken fry is now ready to be served.
