Recipe of Chicken Dragon(Indo chinese)

oil  500 ml To Fry
unsalted roasted cashew nuts  2 Tablespoons
chopped cilantro  2 Tablespoons
finely chopped ginger & garlic  2 Tablespoons
ajinomoto  1 Pinch
soya sauce  2 Tablespoons
Tomato ketchup  3 Tablespoons
egg  1 Numbers
corn flour  1 Tablespoons
black pepper powder  1 Teaspoons
salt  some To Taste
Boneless skinless chicken pieces  250 Grams
red chilli flakes  2 Tablespoons
lime juice  1 Numbers
sugar  1 Pinch
chopped onions  1 Tablespoons
ajinomoto  1 Pinch

Directions
Mix chicken with salt, ajinomoto, pepper, egg amp; cornflour. Deep fry in oil amp; keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped cilantro, onion, ginger, garlic amp; saute for 2 mins, add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, little sugar, red chilli flakes chicken amp; toss well to coat them. finally add some lime juice amp; mix well,adjust salt. Add cashewnuts amp; serve hot.
