Ingredients used in CHEIKODILUL
• Chilli powder - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 1(1/4) cup.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Soaked moong dal - 5 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Boil the water and add salt , chilly powder, cumin seeds to water. remove the water from fire.
  • Add little, little quantity of rice flour continuouslyand stir well. add some hot oil to the dough. mix it throughly.
  • Take small portion of the dough and make round ring tale some moong dal and place on the surface when you are making the rings. roll the rings in the moong dall so that some moong dal sticks to the ring. complete the rings with the rest of the dough.
  • Heat oil and deep fry the rice dough rings. place them in the plate with tissue papers so that excess oil is removed. now crispy chaikodilu are ready.

Its very famous snak in Costal Andhra. The Receipie is good, I will put dal in the boiling water. But, its famous with the name Chegodilu. I tried alot for the receipie but with the change of name i could not pick it from the list.
