| • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 bunch. | |
| • Oil - 2 teaspoons. | |
| • Salt - to taste. | |
| • Cumin seeds - half tea spoon. | |
| • Chopped onions - 1 number. | |
| • Tomatoes - 3 number. | |
| • Whole cauliflower cut into tiny flowerets - 1 number. | |
| • Red chili powder - 2 teaspoons. |
Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, tomatoes, cauliflower, chopped onions and cook by stirring occasionally with closed lid for about 6 minutes.
Then season with salt and chili powder and mix it well.
At last, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it with rice.

Excellent curry. Thank you so much for posting this recipe. I have added ginger-garlic paste after adding Cauliflwer, tomatos, chopped onions. Really simple and delicious curry
