Ingredients used in Cashew nut Chikki Muffin
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Baking powder - 1 pinch.
• Egg - 3 numbers.
• Sugar powder - 100 grams.
• Butter - 100 grams.
• Praline /cashew nut chikki (crushed) - 100 grams.
• Butter scotch essence - 3 drops.
Method:
  1. Take coarsely crushed praline/chikki powder, all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, mix it, and keep it aside.
  2. Take a bowl, add butter, sugar powder, egg (add egg mixture little by little) cream it.
  3. Then add all purpose flour and cashew nuts mixture, butter scotch essence and mix it well, fill the mixture into the muffin moulds,
  4. Add the praline/chikki coarse powder on the top and bake them at 180oCfor 15 minutes.
