Recipe of carrot halva

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Carrot 500 Grams
Sugar 150 Grams
Melted Ghee 6 Teaspoons
Cardamoms-powdered 4 Teaspoons
Salt 1 Pinch
Dry Grapes 25 Grams
Cashewnuts 25 Grams

Directions

Grate the carrit and cook well with very little water. add salt suger, ghee, cardamoms Powder, grapes and cashewnuts. keep the vessel on low fire and stir. keep stirring unitl the mixture become stickky and leaves the sides of the vessl. then remove from Fire.

smear aplate with ghee and pour the mieture over it, smoothen it and lt it cool.

sreve in slices.

There was a potluck and tried this halva, came out good, my food quality inspector was amazed with teh sample and has approved this dish for our potluck, simple instructions and came out good.
