CAPSICUM GRAVY CURRY

Ingredients used in CAPSICUM GRAVY CURRY
• Coriander seeds - 3 teaspoons.
• Sesame seeds - 3 tablespoons.
• Groundnuts - 3 tablespoons.
• Green pepper - 4 piece.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger - 1 tablespoon.
• Mirchi - 5 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Fry groundnuts, coriander seeds, sesame seeds in medium flame, grind them together with ginger, salt and mirchi, use little water to make it a semi liquid paste.
  • Heat oil, do seasoning and add chopped capsicum to it, fry them in medium flame ,add salt when they are half cooked, close lid and keep frying in between ,once the capsicum in 98 percent cooked.
  • Add the above mentioned gravy and let it simmer for 4 minutes.
