Recipe of Butter Chicken

Tomato Ketchup ( Optional )
Coriander Leaves 1 Springs
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Crushed Fenugreek Leaves 1/2 Teaspoons
Green Chillies 2 Slice
Coriander Pdr 1 Tablespoons
Fresh Cream 100 ml
Cashewnuts 4 Piece
Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoons
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin Seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Tomato 200 Grams
Butter 100 Grams
Salt 1 To Taste
Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoons
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
Onion 1 Numbers
Raw Chicken Slices 500 Grams


 1. cut chicken into thin slices and apply ginger garlic paste ,salt ,chillipdr and shallow fry in oil and set aside to the leftover oil.
2.  add ,cumin,onion,ginger garlic paste , add onion ,tomatoes, cashewand other spices and cook covered with little water till everything is mashed upput it in a blender .
3. add to hot melted butter and cook on a medium flame season ,color and add chicken and cook for few more minutes tomato ketchup is optional and usually use in 2 min butter chicken which i will show in near future

Thank you so much for this great recipe.
Most difficult was the search for the fenugreek leaves.
Easy to make and my kids loved it so much.

Evry 1 @ home liked it... i strtd preparing late so, I used d cooker after grinding d gravy into a paste...It still came out very well..keep up d gud work..
