Recipe of Buns

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Salt  1 Teaspoons
Curd  1 Cup
Sugar  3 Tablespoons
Baking soda  1 Teaspoons
Banana  1 Small
Bengal gram flour  1 Tablespoons
Maida  2 Cup
Oil  0 To Fry

Mash banana with curd,sugar,salt and baking soda in a bowl. Add bengal gram flour and mix. Now add maida and knead well. You can add little water if required. Make a soft dough ( to the consistency of Chapathi dough). Apply 2 tsps of oil to it and keep under cover for 4-5 hrs. Then divide the dough into big lemon size shaped balls, flatten them into smalll thick rounds. Deep fry them in hot oil till golden brown.
