Recipe of brinjal bajji

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
turmeric  1/4 Teaspoons
oil to deep fry   Dozens
rice flour  1/2 Tablespoons
besan flour  2 Cup
salt   To Taste
tamarind juice  1 Tablespoons
oomu (vaamu)  1 Teaspoons
green chillies  5-7 Numbers
brinjals  5 Numbers
water  4-5 Cup
soda  1 Pinch
chilli power  1/4 Teaspoons

Directions
For sutffing: Grind chillies,tamarind juice amp; vaamu in to past. Take brinjals amp; it cut strightly in middle . Take water in a pan add 1tsp salt amp; turmeric in it amp; add brinjals, boil for 15 mints. After boiling keep a side for 5 mint. Stuff the past in brinjals. For fry: Take besan flour amp; rice flour in a bowl add salt,chilli power, soda mixed it with water to make bajji . Heat oil for deep fry. Deep the brinjal in bajji mix amp; fry in oil.
