mustard seeds  1
cumin seeds  1 Tablespoons
tamarind juice  1/2 Cup
oninions  1 Cup
Bottle Guard  1 Big
salt   To Taste
oil  3 Tablespoons
garlic flakes  5
curry leaf  

Directions
1)Peel the bottle guard skin and cut it into pieces.Keep a pressure cooker on stove add oil and after oils heat add 1/2 tbl cumin seeds and 1 cup onions,turmeric powder and fry 2)after oinions fry add bottle guard pieces and fry for 3-4 mints and close the top and let it vissel for 3. 3)then keep the boiled bottle guard pieces in a blender 4)Then Add oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,and garlic flakes and curry leaves then add the blended bottle guard mixture nd let it fry for 10 mints
