Recipe of boiled egg whites snack
|Lemon Juice||optional 2||Tablespoons|
|Green Chilli Sauce||optional 2||Tablespoons|
|Cornflakes [ Plain ]||2||Cup|
|Garam Masala Powder||2||Tablespoons|
|Oil||as much required|
boil all eggs. cut it vertically into two half with knife [so that it is long in length wise ] remove yellow and cut all egg whites.each egg can be cut into 8 slices.keep them aside. take plain cornflakes and powder them . finely cut garlic ,ginger,green chillies,coriander leaves, curry leaves.now take a wide non stick pan.add oil. add curry leaves green chillies,coriander powder.saute them for a while on low flame.then add garlic ,ginger,green chilli sauce [optional] pepper powder,cumin powder,saute them add spring onions garam masala powder salt saute them for 2 mnutes. now add eggs and carefully mix them.sprinkle half of cornflakes powder on all eggs.slowly turn these to the other side and now sprinkle remaining cornflakes powder add lime juice coriander leaves and cook them for 6-7 minutes .now serve it .
people who are on diet can have this because only egg whites r used .but they need to decrease amount of oil and spices used here.
