Recipe of Bhindi Masala

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Red Chilli Powder  
Corinder Powder  
Garlic  6 - 7 Clove
Bhindi/Orka  500 Grams
Salt to taste  
Trmeric powder  
oil to fry  

Directions
1. Wash the Bhindi (okra) and keep aside to dry. 2. Crush the garlic to a paste 3. In a bowl add the corinder powder , Red chilli powder, Salt , turmeric and the garlic paste. 4. Wipe each Bhindi cut some f the top and bottom portions and make a lengthwise slit for filling. 5. fill each bhindi with the masala. 6. put oil in a pan and put all the bhindi#39;s 7. Let it cook for 7 mins (stir occasionally).
