Recipe of Beetroot Halwa
Steps involved: 1. Grate the beetroot 2. Pressure Cook the beetroot with milk for two whistles. 3. Let the pressure go down by itself. 4. Now take a big pan and add the cooked beetroot into it. 5. Stir the mixture till the moisture gets evaporated. 6. Now add the ghee(6 tsp) and you can see the mixture getting lit bit dark. 7. on the other hand, take a small pan, add two teaspoon of ghee and add cashews 8. Fry for few minutes and add it to the beetroot halwa.
