Baked Vegetable Cutlet

Recipe of Baked Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Dry mango powder(Amchoor)  1/2 Tablespoons
Corn flour  2 Tablespoons
Beetroot(small)  1 Numbers
Green peas  1/2 Cup
Beans  5-6 Numbers
Potatoes(medium)  2 Numbers
Oil  1 Tablespoons
Red chilly powder   To Taste
Salt   To Taste
Coriander leaves  1/2 Cup

Directions
1)Cook potatoes and beetroot in a pressure cooker.

:- It should not be too watery.

2)Cook other vegetables separately in the pressure cooker upto 1 whistle.

3)Mash them lightly.

4)Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

5)Shape as desired into medium sized cutlets.

6)Place in greased aluminium foiled tray and bake in broil mode, till brown.

:- It may take 20 - 30 mins.

:- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
