Ingredients used in Atta cookies
• Baking soda - pinch.
• Caster suga - 80 grams.
• Whole meal flour/atta - 150 grams.
• Butter (unsalted) - 100 grams.
• Choco chips(optional) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Mix sugar with butter at oom temperature and cearm it up. now at atta to it...and the baking soda too... knead it into a cookie dough. add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste. Additional water or milk is geneally not equired when kneading it. make equal proportions out of it. and bake it in peheat oven for 15 mins at 150C
