Recipe of Alu Palak Saag

Ginger 2 Piece
Cinnamon 3 Numbers
Cloves 2 Numbers
Cumin Seeds 1/4 Teaspoons
Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
Garlic Buds 4 Numbers
Onions 2 Numbers
Spinach Leaves 500 Grams
Potatoes 6 Numbers
Green Chillies 5 Numbers
Tomatoes 2 Numbers
Oil 1/2 Cup
Salt & Turmeric Powder To Taste

Directions

Boil the potatoes,take out the peel and cut into small pieces. Grind the boiled spinach leaves. Grind a onion with garlic and ginger. Chop the other onion, tomatoes and chillies. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chooped onion. Add the chopped tomatoes and chillies. Add the spices, salt, turmeric powder and fry it. Then add the garam masala powder. Add the spinach leaves and the potatoes. Let it boil for 5 minutes and take it out of flame.

Hi Sanjai,

We like your recipes a lot and the way you make them. We have tried a lot of your recipes and they came out well. But this particular recipie is not clear because the onion paste mentioned in the recipe is not used anywhere. Moreover the quantity of ingredients does not seem to be appropriate.

Another thing I would like to bring out is the search option in the website. There is no option to go back to the search results and if you click the Back button of the Internet Explorer the page gets expired. It would be nice if you can change this.
