1. Peel mangoes, remove its pulp and discard the stones. 2. Gring heeng, mango pulp, adark, mirch, pudina, jeera, sugar and salt well. 3. If it is thick, add some water. whip till a fine puree is preapred. 4. Put in a serving dish. Add lemon juice and keep in the refrigerator and serve cold.
